FAQS
1. What are the key advantages of choosing Loose Fans?
Loose Promade Fans offer the same high quality, slim-base design as our boxed formats, but they are our most economical option. They are ideal for high-volume technicians or those managing a strict budget, as the bulk packaging significantly reduces the cost per fan compared to pre-lined trays.
2. How do I use Loose Fans efficiently in an appointment?
To maintain speed, you must transfer the loose fans from the container onto a dedicated working surface.
We recommend pouring a small, manageable amount onto a silicone pad or a dedicated fan holder. The silicone pad's sticky texture allows the fan bases to stand upright slightly, making pick-up with your tweezers much faster and mimicking the experience of working from a strip.
3. Are Loose Fans the same quality as your Mega Box fans?
Yes, absolutely. The quality, diameter, curl, and lightweight structure of the fans are identical. The only difference is the packaging method: Loose Fans are packed in bulk to save costs, while Mega Box fans are pre-lined on strips for maximum speed and convenience.
4. Why is isolation crucial when using Loose Fans?
Isolation is always critical, but especially so when working with loose fans, as the focus is often on speed. You must maintain perfect isolation of the natural lash to ensure the fan's base is bonded cleanly.
Use your isolation tweezers and lash tape precisely. Since you are picking up the fan directly from the pad, ensure your lash adhesive pick-up is minimal and clean before placement to prevent "stickies."
5. What kind of lash adhesive works best with the Loose format?
Any high-quality, professional lash adhesive will work well. However, since loose fans encourage speed, using an adhesive with a fast cure speed (e.g., 0.5–1 second) is ideal. This allows you to pick up, dip, and place the fan quickly without risking the base of the fan closing before it hits the natural lash.
